Change is not something we take well 

It feels like a swift trip through hell 

One day you’re here, the next you’re there 

An overwhelming feeling of fear 

Your nerves make their presence known 

Once again you’re knocked from the throne 

New people, new faces 

All these new places 

Overcome the change 

Be a man 

Hold up your head, pretend to understand 

Tell a lie, tell the truth 

Who you are is deep within you 

Change is good 

It lets you know you’re alive 

Once in a while it’s a fun ride
