2026-2027 Dallas Cowboys Prediction

September 11, 2026

Another Dallas Cowboys season is here, and for once, there may be legitimate reasons for optimism beyond the usual preseason hype. Dallas finished the 2026 preseason with an encouraging 2–1 record, showing flashes of improved depth, a more aggressive defense and a roster that looks considerably different from the team we watched a year ago. With major offseason changes on the defensive side of the ball, a new coordinator in Christian Parker and several high-profile additions, the Cowboys enter the season with plenty of talent, but also plenty left to prove. So, game by game, I’m taking a look at the 2026–2027 schedule and predicting where Dallas gets the win, where things could go sideways, and ultimately whether this team has what it takes to get back into the playoffs.

There are some social media posts jumping on conspiracy theories about the Super Bowl being between Dallas and Jacksonville. That seems like a stretch to me, but that would be amazing after a 30 year drought.
